Lemon Blueberry Poke Cake starts with a boxed cake mix and is topped with the most amazing blueberry sauce and a lemon curd whipped topping!

• 1 Lemon, large zest and juice

Condiments

• 1/2 cup Lemon curd, jarred

Baking & Spices

• 2 tsp Corn starch
• 1 box Lemon cake mix
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1/4 cup Sugar
• 1 8 oz containerTopping, whipped
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
