  • 4 Bell peppers, large
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 oz Spinach, frozen dry
Canned Goods
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
Dairy
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Whole-milk ricotta cheese
Liquids
