Kashmiri #Dum #Aloo


Kashmiri dum aloo is a very famous Kashmiri recipe made using baby potatoes simmered in a yogurt based gravy flavored with dry ginger powder and fennel.



Ingredients

  • 400 g Baby potatoes
  • 2 tsp Fennel, powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger, Dry powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli, powder
  • 1 cup Onion
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tsp All purpose flour
  • 2 Cardamom, Black
  • 2 Cardamom, Green
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala, powder
  • 5 Peppercorns, Black
  • 1 Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric, powder
Oils & Vinegars
  • 4 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1 Oil
Dairy
  • 1 1/2 cup Yogurt
Other
  • 2 Kashmiri dry red chilli
