- 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Nuts & Seeds
- 1 3/4 tsp Cumin, ground
Dairy
- 1 cup Colby-jack cheese
- 1 1/3 cups Milk, nonfat
